COACH TRAINING
New-U Coach Training is of the highest professional standard. We are passionate about the development of coaching as a profession and are committed to providing a safe and trusting environment for you to learn, share and develop your true abilities.
Our Certified coach training courses are based upon the 11 Core Competencies and Ethical Standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF). The courses weave together the coaching components that give a full understanding of the skills, processes and techniques of coaching. These are combined with deep experiential learning, creating greater self-awareness, increased confidence and more self-belief. The experience becomes part of who you are.

We firmly believe that in such a trusting profession, where the relationship that you generate with a client must be true and honest, it is critical that you are trained not only in the tools and techniques of coaching, but in the art of being a complete coach. All our courses are delivered face-to-face in small groups – rarely more than 12 - to give all our trainees the individual attention necessary to learn how to be great coaches. After the experiential classroom training, you are then assigned one of our Certified Coaches who will not only give you a more complete picture of how a great coach works, but will set you on your own journey of discovery and achievement.

As a coaching organisation we are committed to your success. All our coach training programmes include a period of mentoring (coach supervision) once you have gained your first client (which most of our trainees do within a few weeks of starting). This provides you with the support to continue to develop your skills and confidence and to ensure that you are stretching your clients appropriately and using your abilities in the best way possible.
On any of our certified training courses you will develop the behaviours, attitudes and skills of a professional coach, as well as a practical set of tools, techniques and models to build your experience and become a great coach either in your current working environment or within your own practice.
