Programme
Management Evolution is a powerful 6 month management development programme that develops critically important managerial understand, techniques and behaviours. It generates greater self-awareness and gives managers a clear picture of the impact they have on others and the characteristics they exert. We then us a highly developed coaching process to embed the skills, methods and changes needed to become a more capable, higher performing manager.
Methodology
Management Evolution is composed of a number of development methods to ensure that learning leads to action and the action leads to improvements in ability.
1 to 1 coaching over 6 months
- Generate greater self-awareness and understanding
- Decide learning needs

4 managerial workshops – 1 every 4-6 weeks
- Develop greater understanding of some critical management theory
- Improve lateral thinking and solution finding
- Generate collaboration and shared learning
- Develop new knowledge, techniques and methods to use in management role
- Increase understanding of teamwork, others working styles and influencing
