Coaching for High Performing Teams

Programme

Coaching for High Performing Teams is a coach training programme that develops coaching skills for middle and senior managers that specifically focus on improving their team performance. This intensive 2 day development programme is supported by 3 individual mentoring sessions to accelerate and amplify the coaching skills needed to lead a team to greater performance.

Methodology

Coaching for High Performing Teams focuses upon developing the tools, processes, techniques and skills to perform coaching in a way that improves teamwork, productivity and performance whilst maintaining high levels of motivation and commitment. The course develops means of coaching individually and with teams, facilitating improvements in communication, collaboration and sharing.
