
Situational Coaching
Programme
Knowing when and how to coach an individual within your team can be challenging. Situational Coaching is an intense one-day coach training programme for middle managers and supervisors that uses Emotional Intelligence and the Situational Leadership model to build a robust method of coaching to make immediate improvements.
Methodology
The learning focus is placed upon developing the skills to empower, motivate and challenge others to take the actions needed to make an immediate difference to the situation that they are currently in. We show how effective Situational Coaching improves performance, motivation, empowerment, commitment and impact.
