Coach Training for Social and Community Organisations
Coaching is a powerful way of creating personal awareness, focusing activity and achieving something significant in a persons work or life. As such we recognised that the people that could most benefit from coaching were possibly those that had the most difficulty accessing it.
New-U is unique in working in partnership with organisations such as Scottish Enterprise, NHS, Edinburgh Council, Equal Access and the Scottish Government. We have created development solutions for public service organisations that use coaching as a means of engagement and self-development for those people in society that have the opportunity to contribute in a far greater way, but not the structure, motivation, confidence or support to do so.
Our social and community coach training programmes include training you and your teams to coach your clients closer to the job market, into education or training, through substance misuse and away from Incapacity Benefit. More traditional forms of training interventions provide essential means of developing skills. Our coach training focuses on you building confidence, motivation, personal leadership, and helping empower your clients to take effective actions needed to make more out of their lives.
We offer a structured method in which to set stretching, but achievable personal goals, an action plan to support the journey and the skills, tools and processes to get significantly improved results. We use your current knowledge of training and coaching to enhance and evolve your coaching abilities and provide a robust method to achieving greater success. View feedback
