The Certificate in Coaching for Employability

Empowering People into Work

The Certificate in Coaching for Employability (CCE) is an intense coach training programme for people who work with those people who are not in employment in helping them to find and sustain employment. It trains powerful coaching methods and techniques that build confidence, focus, self-esteem and a compelling reason to actively seek work.

CCE concentrates in three general areas of coaching people into employment: the development of abilities and behaviours, impact and influence and coaching people through their relationships with family, friends, peers and prospective employers.

You will be equiped with the skills and knowledge and a robust process to motivate, inspire and support people to achieve more from themselves, to understand the choices and chances they have and to coach them towards reaching their full potential. On this journey, you will also learn more about yourself and your own potential to achieving much more.

The Certificate in Coaching for Employability will show you how to focus on engaging in a way that is motivational, supportive, empowering and inspiring. You will learn how to discover amazing goals, break down seemingly impossible hurdles into manageable steps and motivate people to overcome difficulties to achieving employment. You will learn the power of questioning, active and intuitive listening techniques and how to give feedback that is both direct and motivational, beneficial to the development of your clients.
