About Heidi

With a background in Management Heidi is accustomed to working with a broad range of clients on a one-to-one basis, with teams and with community groups.

As a coach, Heidi has a broad base of experience and has supported and facilitated change in organisations ranging from a smaller owner-managed businesses to a number of large service firms and substantial companies.

Based in West Yorkshire, Heidi is rapidly becoming a well-known face in the local business community and her work on business development programmes is having a great impact in terms of making coaching more accessible and raising awareness of the flexibility and value of coaching as a development tool.

Heidi is involved in a number of Strategic Partnerships, working on projects such as ‘the business case for diversity’ and ‘IMAGINE’, a programme designed to develop authenticity and employability within teenage school-leavers. She is passionate about empowering both adults and teenagers to confidently find their true place in life, society and the workplace.

Heidi is a member of the International Coach Federation and the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
